Steven E. Clark

Steve E. Clark was admitted to the bar in 1975 and has spent his career in personal injury practice. Steve has tried more than a hundred jury cases. He served on the Board of Directors of Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association and has been a delegate to the State Bar Convention. Steve is also a member of American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association Medicine and Law Committee, American Trial Lawyers Association Birth Trauma Committee, and the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. A Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, he has been a speaker at attorney education programs for the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Oklahoma County Bar, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and has served on the Oklahoma City University adjunct law faculty. Heather Johnson Mitchell

Heather Johnson Mitchell was admitted to the Bar in 1990. She obtained her law degree from Oklahoma City University and Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Oklahoma in 1987. Heather is a licensed registered nurse and has focused her legal career on personal injury cases in particular medical malpractice. She is a member of Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association and was named Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association Member of the Year in 2000. She is also involved with various other state and national organizations and has spoken at seminars involving nursing home negligence and hospital liability.
